Reflective Narrative
Literature was always very interesting to me but I had never taken an intensive course before. After taking this course I learned how to read more effectively, now I know who to breakdown a reading and analyze, This course was divided into three sections: short stories, poems, and theater. Dr. Christine Fernandez led this course and she made the class interesting and indeed she kept me busy. I can see the passion she has for literature and that energy transferred to me as well thanks to her I know want to read more . Furthermore, poetry wasn't always my favorite however in this I got to learn how to breakdown a poem and analyse it. I enjoyed the In short stories section, I loved reading about naturalism which i learned that that this movement shows the reality of life. This course was very intensive you must be committed to do the work and be prepped for class with all the readings done and answering the reading questions so you can participate in class, that way it will be fun when stating your perspective. In conclusion, this course helped me complete MLO 3.
